Squatting timelessly
Your three cauliflowers
And eight tomatoes
For sale
On a piece of wood

And your two companions
In green, and blue,
Also squatting
Just being with you

Multiple Impact

As we come to the crossroads
By the stadium
It's everyone for themselves
Each aims for the middle
One rickshaw
A taxi
Three cycles, one laden with open baskets of oranges
Another with a chest of drawers
2 motor bikes, each with three people
And a bus.

And the cow,
Is already there,
Calmly marking the point of multiple impact
No one flinches
Total commitment
At zero minus a micro second
There is a slight perturbation in space/time
And without a waver
Everyone passes through
Each other
And we carry on
With just a hint of each other
On our shoulders
